Chennai is a Metropolitan city.  Number of hotels (including Star category) are available near the Conference venue ranging from Rs.300.  Accommodation will be arranged only on request. 

Accommodation is also available in the University hostel (limited numbers) on twin share basis. The accommodation charge is Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only), which includes morning tiffin and night dinner during the conference days.  Hostel accommodation will be booked on first come first served basis.

B.S.Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology is on the Grand Southern Trunk (GST) Road, Chennai, which is well connected by Air, Train and Bus. The University is about 15 kms away from the Chennai Airport and 30 kms from Chennai Central Railway Station. 

Sub-urban trains are available from Chennai Central & Egmore railway stations to Tambaram (Tambaram to college is 5 km only)  

Bus, Call taxi facilities are available from all parts of Chennai to College.  The College is situated near Vandalur Zoological Park.
